If you’re looking for perfect and new construction, this isn’t the venue for you! This is a very old livestock barn, with major storm damage due to the 2018 tornado. Also with the limited upgrade on concrete finishes, this isn’t a venue where you can move furniture because the concrete scratches easily.

Weather is unpredictable and out of our control. This is a working farm with no wind blocks in place. Be advised that any and all events are subject to change due to weather. The venue is located at the bottom of a hill and may get water damage during poor weather.

**Fees:**

- A $250 Additional Cleaning Fee may be applied if needed.

- A $50-600 Additional Fee for Damages to Barn/Decorations will be charged to a card.

**General Rules:**

- Please avoid moving furniture as concrete floors scratch easily.

- Promptly clean any cake stains.

- Keep Section One doors closed for heat/AC conservation.

- The booking party is responsible for post-party cleaning, including wiping tables, sweeping, and returning items to their original places. Cleaning supplies are under the sink and in the closet.

- Place trash anywhere outside the doors of the building after the event.

- Turn off lights.

- Adjust the AC or heat, just like you would in a house.

- Stay aware of the weather; there's no storm shelter. Monitor the weather and take precautions.

- Note that the barn is old and may leak if it rains.

- We can only provide HVAC in one section; Sections Two & Three don't have HVAC. Extra expenses like propane will be charged to your card. All funds go toward livestock feed, daily care, farm renovations, and program costs.

**For Your Guests' Comfort:**

- If the weather is nice, you may open the garage doors in sections that are not heat/AC equipped. However, keep in mind that the barn cools down quickly, so close up before it gets too cold if there's no heat.

- In warm weather, you are responsible for opening the two non-AC equipped sections to create airflow.

- Be cautious of high winds; manage the opening and closing of all doors for the safety and comfort of your guests.

*There will be an additional charge of $250.00 for extra cleaning needed or major moving decorations or damages done to the space.
